Can You Truly Live Without The Unconditional Love of Your Father?

The unconditional love of his father for his children is a powerful force in one's life. The lack of such love can cripple a person forever. There are countless true stories around to prove that.

And the lack or absence of it is much more damaging to a person than most of us think. (Photo by Thomas Hawk @Flickr)[/caption]

Let me share two stories today.

Edward Lee, CitisecOnLine.com. Edward's father once tearfuly pleaded with him to reform his happy-go-lucky ways. He was very lazy in school. In high school, he was kicked out. But never did his father waiver in his unconditional love for him.

That love created a powerful impression in Edward Lee for the rest of his life. Edward did not shrink in explaining to everyone that his family was not rich. His father was a salesman, while his mother was a school teacher. But his parent's unconditional love made him rich inside beyond measure.

In his business endeavors, insecurities gripped him in many occasions. There were times when he had to sit with graduates of Harvard, Yale and Stanford, while there he was, a drop out of La Salle. But the thought of his father's unconditional love and belief in him gave him all the inner security and stability he needed to go on.

And go on, he did. He's rich and happy. Moreover, he spreads his inner joy to each employee and partner he has that he says he's enjoying tremendous amounts of respect and loyalty in return.

How many of us want to be like Edward Lee? Will our kids have a chance of becoming like him? of one day telling everyone the story of the unconditional love their father?

Vicky Belo, Cosmetic Surgeon. Vicky's story about how her father gave her away maimed her emotionally for life. As a baby, Vicky's father gave her father for adoption to a relative. Vicky's father was far from being poor, which was why Vicky could never understand why her father did it.

In Probe Profile hosted by Cheche Lazaro on June 17, Vicky shared the wound inside her heart that's deep and painful. In fact, the pain was what propelled her to go into the ultra-successful cosmetic surgery business. She may have taught she was given away because of her looks. Her business was successful, yes, but it was also founded on a painful story that maimed her emotionally for life.

I pray your kid does not share the same story as Vicky's.

But still, what story will your kid share to the public one day? Will it be a story of rejection? or unconditional love?

These are hard questions fathers must ask.

Father's Day is fast approaching. I wish everyone a really happy Father's Day.

May your son model on you rightly.

  1. It’s at all times good to see the on line casino overlaying all real cash on line casino video games. Though not every web site would possibly offer every kind of game – they most definitely cowl the bottom with slots and desk video games. We have tried several of} slot machines from their gaming portfolio, and so they all worked flawlessly. The loading time was fast, and all of the buttons, including our casino.edu.kg beloved “Spin,” have been fast to perform. We have been additionally fairly impressed with the efficiency of live supplier video games. So, all in all, a great online on line casino experience can be discovered right here.
